Being one of the probable top NFL draft picks isn’t the only thing Saquon Barkley has going for him this year.

Anna Congdon, Barkley’s girlfriend of one year, revealed the couple is expecting their first child together this spring.

Congdon announced they were expecting on Sunday night. “One month until @saquon and i get to meet our little angel,” she posted on Instagram.

The two reportedly celebrated their baby-to-be with a baby shower over the weekend. Barkley’s younger sister Aliyah also attended the shower.

“Can’t wait for my Niece or Nephew to be here,” Barkley wrote on Instagram Sunday.

Congdon and Barkley, 21, are both Penn State a..

The hottest debate in sports right now seems to be whether or not UMBC’s historic upset of Virginia is more impressive than the Miracle on Ice.

UMBC became the first 16-seed in the history of March Madness to win a game, and for obvious reasons is being discussed as one of the greatest upsets in sports history. There’s no doubt that it’s one of the biggest upsets we’ve ever see.

However, it’s not even close to beating out the Miracle on Ice. I put this question to the Twitter fans, and the poll’s results overwhelmingly agree with me so far.

What is the bigger upset?

Johnny Manziel’s comeback looks like it has involved some serious self-reflection.

The Texas A&M Heisman winner posted a photo late Friday night of himself running out of the tunnel during his times with the Cleveland Browns. He captioned the photo, “Took this for granted…NEVER again #ComebackSZN.”

Johnny Football appears to have come an extremely long way since he was cut by the Cleveland Browns.

There was a time when I honestly believed he was headed for an absolutely tragic end. It just didn’t seem like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Now, it seems like he’s done a complete 180, and he’s owning up to his mistakes.

I have no idea how the saga of J..

Soccer Player Earns His Team A Penalty After Ghost Tackle

Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck had a few options when he received a pass into AC Milan’s penalty area in the 38th minute of Thursday night’s Europa League Round of 16 match.

Close to the goal-line, the English striker could’ve placed a cross into a teammate or put a shot on goal, although the angle was small with Milan’s 6-foot-5-inch goalkeeper and fast-approaching left-back to intercept. Perhaps the better choice would’ve been to take the ball to his right and recycle it so his team could maintain possession in pursuit of another chance on goal.

Instead he took the unfortunately conventional route – stiffen the legs and fall to ground.

This won Arsenal a penalty.

Not a booking for Welbeck but a penalty.

Virginia got rocked Friday night by UMBC, and it’s the first time in the history of March Madness that a 16-seed beat a top seed.

I was in complete and utter shock when this happened. I didn’t even think it was real. This is the only year in the history of my brackets where I picked Virginia to win the whole thing. I’d never even previously put them in a Final Four.

It looks like nobody is more excited for Kirk Cousins joining the Vikings than his son, Cooper.

The former Washington Redskins quarterback made his move to Minnesota official on Thursday when he inked his three-year, $84 million contract.

“This is a lifetime deal,” Cousins said on Thursday. “That’s the goal. This is a three-year deal but the expectation from both sides is we raise our kids here and then if everything goes as planned that I’d be here for a long, long time.”

And it’s not hard to see why that’s Cousins’ expectation because his young son has already taken a liking to the team, as seen in a video he shared to Instagram on Friday.

“I want to introduce you to the newest Vikings fan: Cooper Cousins,” the star quarterback’s wife says in the video, before leading her son in a Vikings cheer.

Judging by Cousins mentality after signing the deal, little Cooper is going to be a Vikings fan for life. Loo..

Houston Texans star J.J. Watt might have had the greatest take about restaurants to ever hit the web.

The University of Wisconsin product opined about food portion sizes, and the tweet has blown up over the past couple days.

“The more expensive the restaurant, the smaller the portion sizes. Makes no sense. Give me a tray of BBQ over a 6 oz. steak any day,” the defensive phenom tweeted.
