Get ready for the return of RiRi.
Rihanna is reportedly hard at work on her next music project, which will serve as the long-awaited follow-up to 2016s Anti.
We think its about high time that we got a new Rihanna album, and thankfully she agrees – so much so that shes apparently readying up two full albums worth of new material with her next release.

A source close to Rihannas camp has told Metro.co.uk all about the progress of her next record – sorry, records – with the star currently very, very busy in the studio working on new music.
Rihanna wasnt happy with how her last album performed – even though she loved how it turned out, she knows she needs a new project full of smash hits to avoid two back-to-back flops, the source told us – though we wouldnt say Anti was a flop…

Shes currently recording two albums – one full of chart-friendly songs, and another made up of moody and experimental tracks – and is considering releasing a double disc if she feels the songs wont mesh well on the same album.

Rihanna knows she hasnt had a hit as big as Umbrella [which was released in 2007] in a while, and is determined to change that with this album, the source added.
So get your headphones at the ready, everyone – a double dose of Rihanna is on the way.
